首先恭喜今早上的喜讯，有人可能才开始接触这个GEN for 5.03，一定有很多问题。
我觉得首先读懂作者的意图很重要。
！！！！！我冰城小子没有什么本事，给大家翻译一下说明书，只在多玩发布！！！！！

5.03GEN-A for HEN

这是5.03GEN的英文简版说明书。
请小心使用该程序。

你可以随意分享这个程序，但是请注明连接pspgen。
Rules:
01. Connect your PSP to the computer in USB Mode when you have loaded ChickHEN R2.
02. Unzip 5.03GEN-A_for_HEN.zip on your desktop by example
03. double-click on LAUNCH-ME.exe (GUI)
04.PSP Model : choose options PSP-2000 or PSP-3000 (depends of your PSP)
05.Mode : Choose option FULL
06.PSP Install : Choose option YES
07. push START.
08.the files are copied on your PSP.
09. Disconnect the PSP from USB.
10. Launch the main EBOOT.PBP using ChickHEN R2 (only R2! NOT R1!).
11. When the app load, press L or R to flash the firmware in your flash. YOU ONLY NEED MAKE IT ONE TIME!
12. Press () to reboot in the custom firmware.
用法：
01. 载入“小鸡很2 ”， 用USB连接至你的计算机。
02. 解压 5.03GEN-A_for_HEN.zip。
03. 双击解压目录中的 LAUNCH-ME.exe 程序 （注：需要.net Framework的支持，没有的话网上搜吧，或者去华军软件园http://www.newhua.com/soft/38669.htm）
04. 选择适合你的PSP型号（PSP Model：）： PSP2000或者PSP3000。
05. 选择模式（Model：）： FULL。
06. 选择是否安装（PSP Install：）： YES。
07. 点击最下面的 Start 按钮。
08. 此时，文件将被拷贝至你的PSP里。
09. 断开PSP的USB连接。
10. 用“小鸡很2 ”来载入这个EBOOT.PBP文件，不是那个“小鸡很1”。
11. 当应用程序载入后，按L或者R键来刷你的FLASH。这个操作你只需要做一次。
12. 按圆圈按钮来重启系统。
NOTES:
- When you installed the custom firmware in your flash you can remove the "files" folder in the MS ROOT.
For your own safety, is better that you rename or erase the prx called "flasher.prx" in the MAIN APP folder to
avoid wrong flash times.
- If you shutdown the machine or the psp crash, you will need use again ChickHEN R2 to load the main app and press O
to reboot in the custom firmware, but if you dont shutdown the machine you are in the custom firmware forever.
注意：
- 当你安装好自定制固件程序之后，你就可以删掉PSP根目录里的固件刷写文件目录了。
为了安全起见，最好把“X:\PSP\GAME\INSTALLERA4526A11\flasher.prx”文件改名或者删掉，避免Flash错误。
- 如果你关闭PSP（冰城小子注：长按开关超过3秒称之为关机）或者PSP死机了，你需要再次载入“小鸡很2”，再次运行本程序，
然后按O重启。 如果只是待机（冰城小子注：短按或者快按开关）则永远不需要重新刷机啦。
（冰城小子注：外国人太罗嗦，我用中国话解释一下，你一听就明白了。
刷HEN2，再刷GEN，才能破解；
待机不用担心，东西在内存里；
如果关机之后，就麻烦你按O重启一次啦。）

BUGS:
- In recovery mode after the option "Configuration" the option selected is the next option. For example, Advanced is
CPU Speed, etc. This is a problem with the original recovery, because I dont have the code is very difficult find the problem.
存在的问题：
- 在恢复模式下，选了“ Configuration ” 之后呢，选线就窜位置了。 高级设置（Advanced）就变成了CPU速度（CPU Speed）等等。
这是原有的问题，我没有这个程序的代码，看起来改起来很困难的。

REMEMBER! THIS APP DONT TOUCH ANY FILE FROM THE ORIGINAL FIRMWARE! IS YOUR FAULT IF YOU LATER CONNECT TO THE FLASH0 AND TOUCH SOME OFFICIAL FILE AND YOU HAVE A BRICK!
DONT TOUCH THEM AND NOT FLASH ANY CUSTOM THEME!
记住：这个程序没有触碰任何原始的固件程序（Sony提供的那些都没有碰）！
如果你自行修改Flash0，或者用别的程序刷了固件文件，变砖不要怨我，完全是你的问题。

辛苦了楼主....但要强调一点...如果关机开机再刷HENR2的话是不需要用L或R来刷GHEN的..因为那个文件已经在你的记忆棒上了...你只要直接按o重启就行... 这就是为什么说要避免重复刷机的意思..
