Well, I had many problems loading the ChickHEN in my TA88v3 motherboard (PSP 2000 series). So made some modification to the TIFF's egg. And guess what? Now it loads almost 100% of times. What happened?
The last modification (the one that works) is extremely simple. The egg, upon loading, sets the screen to black. But it does so caching. So the changes are written in the data cache instead of video memory. Because of that, data cache is flush completely during this operation, and needs to be filled again. When I changed the video memory access to uncached (without using the cache), then it worked smoother, with higher success rate. I don't know if this is just coincidence or has really improved it, so I ask you to test this new SLIM.TIFF.
Erase the old SLIM.TIFF, decompress & copy this one, and rename it SLIM.TIFF (although it should work fine without renaming).

删除旧的slim.tiff，解压缩并拷贝这个文件，重命名为slim.tiff（即使不更名也是有效的）
在这个帖子的跟帖中，不少人称赞有效的提高了成功率。
这个文件本人亲自测了一下，3006机器，20次，成功率并为有显著改变。相信这又是部分机型的有效办法。
不过此方法绝对安全，对于目前还没有较高成功率的3K玩家多了一个机会。尽管试试吧。

发现新情况：
1.替换这个新发布的tiff后，在HENR2系统中再次进入图片目录时，会再次触发HEN重启；而不是像原来的会变成“不兼容数据”
2.原本我的机器只能用俄文刷，约90%（其他语言成功率极低），用这个文件后，英语状态也可以达到90%。中文依然不行
附件2个文件，slim_mod和slim_mod2，分别为两次修改过的文件，可以分别尝试。
