They come across and Orc family, and Jaina tells Varian not to grab his sword because of the truce she made with Thrall. Anduin takes an interest in them, and the orcish children reciprocate.Since the topic of orcs came up, Jaina takes the opportunity to remind Varian that now they can reschedule the peace summit he was originally supposed to attend. Varian is not as impressed with the orcs as his son. He saw them burn Stormwind and overrun his country, he saw an orc assassin betray and murder his father, he never trusted them from the beginning and won’t start trusting them now. Jaina tells him about how the orcs were manipulated by the legion, that they are the true enemies, and that she would and has trusted Thrall will her life and that he is committed to peace. He begrudgingly agrees. He hopes that he doesn’t regret rescuing his son…
Meanwhile, in Brightwood Grove a youthful Med’an is gathering wood under Meryl’s supervision. They’re being watched by what seems to be an eclectic racially mixed group of mercs under the employ of Stasia. They’re supposed to nab the kid and kill the mage. They attack, and Med’an questions who they are and what they want. Meryl tells him to leave one alive so they can find out. Meryl yells at him to fight not with his weapons but with magic! To late though, as an Ogre clubs the crap out of the youngster and knocks him unconscious. Things look bleak, until Garona leaps out and sticks a dagger in the Ogre’s neck. The Orc was trying to escape with Med’an, put Garona backstabs him. Med’an kind of regains consciousness and sees her, but she yells at Meryl to get him out of there while she covers them. She proceeds to slice and dice the attackers. As Meryl is helping Med’an off, the boy says that he knows that woman. He saw her in a dream…
Meanwhile in Thrall’s chamber in Orgrimmar, Garrosh and Rehgar are arguing about the humans. Garrosh is obviously against any kind of cooperation, while Rehgar is for the common sense of coexistence. Rehgar says they have common enemies, Garrosh says the alliance are the enemies. Thrall gets word Jaina wants to meet through his amulet, and tables the discussion for another time. While he heads toward the meetings, we hear murmurs from some orcs. They criticize him for aligning with the humans and for not having an heir. Some support Thrall, but others feel they need new blood like Garrosh.
Jaina tells Thrall all about what happened with Varian, going all the way back to Onyxia’s infiltration. Once caught up, they plan the summit. Jaina insists that both sides come unarmed as a gesture of good will, but Thrall is concerned that now is a bad time to leave Orgrimmar because many of his people have grown impatient with peace. Jaina says Varian wasn’t thrilled either. Thrall agrees to do it because Jaina asks, but he has a bad feeling about it。<<
大体讲了瓦里安国王一群人提了龙头回城中发现了群兽人，在众人即使劝说暂时的改变了刀疤对兽人的看法，同时迦罗娜儿子麦德安与养父在夜色镇遭遇被遗忘者的追杀。（此人具体请见麦大这帖子，不过给人感觉就像是WOW版的save the cheerleader, save the world...）而对于托孤的老巫师Meryl Felstrom最早来自于DC COMIC发布WOW第一系列手办中，现在这人物也算是有交代了，据说有可能是第一代的守护者，不过现在看来只不过是提瑞斯发议会早期的法师而已，而且可能只是个龙套，另人失望。
同时镜头也转到了奥格瑞玛，萨尔，加洛什和雷加等著名人物也纷纷出场，最火爆的莫过于小珍珍和索索的会面，还手拉着手...
