<P align=center><BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;【材料】牛腩&nbsp; &nbsp;莲藕&nbsp; &nbsp;甜玉米棒&nbsp; &nbsp;西兰花&nbsp; &nbsp;西红柿&nbsp; &nbsp;鲜百合&nbsp; &nbsp;鲜香菇<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;【调料】姜片&nbsp; &nbsp;黄酒&nbsp; &nbsp;盐<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp;【做法】<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.牛腩洗净切块，飞水后冲净沥干。入电压锅中加适量水、黄酒、姜片和盐炖至软烂；<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2.所有蔬菜洗净。玉米棒剁成3-5cm的段儿；莲藕去皮切块；西兰花掰成小朵；鲜香菇去蒂切厚片；<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 3.鲜百合去掉黄色部分；西红柿切块；<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 4.将炖好的牛肉和一部分汤汁放入砂锅中，再倒入适量热水（原汤和水的比例随个人喜好调整，喜欢浓汤的话直接放原汤也可），煮开后放入玉米棒和莲藕，盖盖，中小火煮约15分钟；<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; 5.6.然后依次放入其他蔬菜，略煮片刻，最后加少许盐调味即可。<BR></P>
