每天至少2小时的管理时间。
 
就目前心情版的情况来看, 每天两小时管理, 是远远不够的,
虽然没有什么累的活, 但零零碎碎的很分散。

1、发帖方向
 
可以发布心情帖, 
 
可以发布日记帖, 记录你心情的点点滴滴, 记得在一个帖更新, 顶楼做好导航,
若更新则在标题上标明日期, 方便版主加亮和奖励.
 
可以发布截图帖, 留下你游戏的每一个精彩瞬间, 优美的风景, 等等.
 
可以发布小说帖, 优秀主题会有精华威望草草等你拿,
 
 
多发有意义的帖是没错的, 奖励也多多.

禁止发布政治帖
 
禁止发布seqing , baoli , yinhui ,等主题帖及回帖
 
禁止发布无意义帖 
 
禁止发布辱骂、口水、人身攻击帖
 
 
 发现了一律删。

3、无意义帖的定义
 
第一：求图帖, 心情有专门的图楼, 鲜红加粗, 所以单独开帖, 一律下沉
 
第二：娱乐帖, 低俗恶趣味的...一律删。
 
第三：纯粹的无意义, 只有一句话，或者不超过50字的非心情贴.一律删。
 
 
 
目前心情版奖励在各个版中是比较高的,
希望同学们不要辜负这么优渥的奖励

四、o=====写手团成员必看=====o

写手团成员福利待遇：
 
 
1. 写手团作品给予永久加亮。
 
2. 每篇文章奖励30草，按要求达到4篇或4篇以上者额外奖励20草。
月底会发奖励贴，并pm团员前去领取，但逾期未领者则不算。
 
例：本月完成3篇写手文章：奖励90草+200钱
本月完成4篇写手文章：奖励120草+200钱
本月完成5篇写手文章：奖励170草 +200钱依次类推
 
3. 优秀的写手团文章经版主推荐可以在首页发表。
在首页发表的文章编辑会额外给予加草奖励。

每月底会发起投票，为保证公平投票贴的权限设为100，即版主们进行投票。
一经发现拉票现象则取消其写手资格。
 
选出的优秀写手将获得写手勋章，如果已经有写手勋章则换成一威望。
 
如果该月的写手团质量不够，则不会发起该投票，版主会视情况而定。
(投票选的必须是能够完成4篇基本作业的同学) 
 
注意：如发现一天中连续发表多篇写手团文章凑数者取消其写手团团员资格。经版主加亮的合格的写手团文章才可加入月底结算时的文章篇数。如果是长篇连载的话，千字以上，并且是完整的章节算一次作业。 
 
写手团成员要求：
 
 
1.必须有一定的文字驾驭功底。
 
2.连续两个月未交作业者，将被取消写手团资格。
 
3.发帖格式为【写手团】+自选题目。
 
4.申请入团的同学请发表一篇文章作为入团考试。
格式为：【入团考试】+自选题目，经文区版主裁定是否通过。
 
5.赤壁征文获得前三名奖励的同学可以不用参加考试，直接通过。
 
注意： 
 所有写手团文章必须与赤壁有关，可以写在游戏中的友情爱情，可以写战场上的激烈场面，可以描绘游戏中的某处风景，等等。如果未玩过赤壁这款游戏但想加入的玩友，可以选择用赤壁的图做图文，或是选择以三国背景为题材进行创作。字数不限，体裁不限，但要保证质量。
 
 
 
写手团发帖福利有改变以及作业要求重申
 
由原来的一篇合格作业20草, 提为30草,并且以后会继续提.
 
所以对于写手团, 规定比较严, 要求比较高
 
而文章质量高的同学, 奖励自然也丰富.

作业要求为: 1个月至少4篇合格作业

报名条件：
 
1、热爱赤壁，热爱多玩，坚决遵守论坛版规；
 2、保持一定的在线时间，论坛等级LV3以上；
 
3、热爱P图，有一定的技术含量，能够耐心帮助玩友完成求图； 
 
成员要求：
 
1.有责任心,能热心帮助会员做签名或LOGO等.
 2.有一定的在线时间,有比较熟练的制图技巧,擅长做论坛头像.签名或LOGO.
 3.两个月没做图者将取消其资格.有事可向版主请假.
 
4.图基本要求，经过一定美化，具有可观赏性。
 
5.任何成员退出后不得以任何理由删毁原先的作品
 
 
制图组目前的工作只有图楼, 希望同学们做好这部分工作
每一张图都认真做,我相信10分钟一张图和1小时一张图还是有区别的.
希望扫图的时候, 不要只追求数量, 注意质量.
