2005年  天堂II卡因服务器中决战天下诞生，产生了服务器第一公匠米奇老鼠、第一圣殿、第一白咒、第一暗骑。并加入KOK联盟帮助完成统一！

会员权利

1、游戏中,会员享有优先使用适级装备的权利。
2、游戏中遇到其他公会组织或个人的恶意欺辱后,有向组织提出团队支持的权利。
3、会员有权参加会内组织的各种活动,获得各类奖励(如游戏封测、内测帐号,极品装备等)。
4、会员有权监督公会一切管理部门工作的权力,对不尽职任职成员可到人事部进行投诉。
5、会员在规定范围内享有公会管理职务的选举与被选举权。
会员义务

　　第一条：公会会员应遵守公会各项规章，及时响应公会各项通知。
　　第二条：公会会员如长时间不能游戏应事先向人事部门请假并说明原因。
　　第三条：公会会员应主动热心帮助其他会员，帮助内容包括装备，物品及完成任务。
　　第四条：公会会员不得泄露公会的各项非公开信息及文件。
　　第五条：公会成员应在对待对外重大问题态度上保持与公会一致。不得在公会尚未有定论的敏感问题上公开发言。
　　第六条：公会会员在游戏和网络交流中应尊重其他公会、个人或其他形式的组织，做到不卑不亢，执礼大方。
　　第七条：公会会员在游戏现场应听从最高职位者指挥，一致对外，配合完成任务，如有不同意见可在其后向管理层反映问题。
　　第八条：公会成员不得作出任何有损于公会名誉的行为。任何成员对于所见到的侮辱公会名誉的事情都应即时报告自己所属团队管理人或其他公会管理层人员知晓以作进一步调查和处理。
　　第九条：公会会员会员应该积极参与战术讨论,交流经验,进行游戏各种技巧的探讨和测试,共同分享游戏经验，以提高公会的技术水平。
　　第十条： 对于非公会组织性行为的活动，成员如果参与必须写明，属于个人意见，不作为公会观点。
　　第十一条：对于佩带了签名的正式成员，你们的言行就代表着公会的意图，在发表自己见解的同时请考虑自己与公会的立场。
　　第十二条：当公会明令禁止成员参与某项活动时，请以公会为重。
　　第十三条：会员有责任配合公会进行重大的关系公会荣誉的活动。

公会要求（纪律）

1）不得随便欺负新手玩家或杀害陌生的红名，破坏本公会对外声誉。
2）不得恶意和他人抢怪、捡人家财物，看到别人练级伤亡，应尽量给予帮助。
3）严禁随意恶性PK（不包括私人恩怨之间的PK）和无故随意主动屠杀他人。
4）严禁欺诈他人财物及恶意辱骂陌生玩家。
5）会员不得无谓的红名，如遇到被人PK，抢怪等纠纷，应先稍安毋躁，在妥善解决了的情况下才可使用暴力，并告知盟友支援。
6）如和其他盟发生冲突（特别是友盟），一定要顾全大局。最好通知盟主来处理！
10、本公会与其他盟的交往性质（敌对、一般、友好、同盟）由各位盟主和核心会员一起决定。会员与其他盟的交往属个人性质，公会不予干涉，但会员决不能将本公会的消息透露给非本公会人，以防重要信息的泄露。 一旦发现，情节严重者将给予严重处罚！
11、请盟友遵守盟规，违反盟规者，处理方式如下：
1）初犯：警告一次!
2）累犯：已经警告过，再犯警告最后一次！
3）屡犯：开除!
记住以下十句话：

1、本公会成员应互帮互助，互敬互爱，不得相互辱骂、恶意PK。
2、会员之间应多进行沟通，以增进团结，可以使用盟TS频道进行聊天及获取帮助。
3、每周应合理安排一定的上线时间，组长级人员如繁忙或特殊情况可像盟主请示。
4、严禁制造小集团，发现者将给予严厉处分，管理多次劝告无效将给予开除处分。
5、公会论坛是公会发布最新公告和动向的地方会员应经常关注论坛，提出个人意见和建议。论坛上也会有统计并奖励一些积极上论坛会员。
6、会员之间如遇难以解决的矛盾，应及时让所属队长获悉，若无法妥善解决再逐步由上级管理层来取得妥善处理和调解。
7、会员被盗号的，应第一时间发贴通知全体盟友，以免发生误会。
8、无特殊理由不得随便退盟，给盟内安定团结带来隐患。
9、盟主与会员之间相互监督，顺利开展公会建设，盟主如有不当之处，应及时指出。

决战天下公会成立于2005年天堂II卡因服务器，公会骨干由早期的网络游戏天堂II卡因中认识的众多朋友共同组建,在残酷的卡因中决战天下加入了卡因联盟,经过大家不段的奋斗!创造了一次一次的辉煌和一次又一次的奇迹!最终实现服务器的统一,声望达到公会成立后的第一次高峰,在天堂II的游戏历史上书写下光辉的篇章.为了扩大公会在中国玩家心目的影响,再次提高公会的声望,更好的发展公会,辉煌后公会立刻积极投入到新的各大网游中。在后来的WOW、大航海、RF、AC、CABAL、SUN、光明与黑暗、天下贰等游戏中决战天下都以强大的实力在这些游戏中向大家展示了一个战斗型公会的典范。2007年决战天下获得了全国十大公会、2008年获评支付宝全国50大公会、2009年作为盛大官方永恒之塔合作公会强势进驻永恒之塔。

公会宗旨和目标：
决战天下公会是在不断的战争中发展壮大的，高效的决断指挥，极具凝聚力的团队精神，永远高昂的战斗意识是决战天下公会的特点。公会本着团结，互助，以战平天下的宗旨，为广大的公会会员提供了一个互相交流、互相帮助的交流平台，为玩家争取在游戏中的正当利益，最大程度的使玩家在游戏中得到快乐。随着公会的发展，众多玩家进驻WOW、RF、霸王大陆、惊天动地、永恒之塔等游戏中取得骄人的战绩! 今天的决战天下不再局限于个别游戏的发展，综合性的战斗公会组织将是我们现在以及将来发展的目标。

公会运作模式：
决战天下公会运作的载体为公会社区(公会论坛），语音聊天系统将以ET作为作战、会议、日常事务的主要载体、TS和YY作为娱乐活动的载体共同使用。另外公会为会员进驻的各大游戏准备了相应的QQ群以便会员交流。

决战天下历史:


2005年  天堂II卡因服务器中决战天下诞生，产生了服务器第一公匠米奇老鼠、第一圣殿、第一白咒、第一暗骑。并加入KOK联盟帮助完成统一！

2005年4月   决战天下进驻魔兽世界WOW-国王之谷。战场1团成立，成为服务器中最有实力的战斗团体之一。同年10月   公会包揽部落前10的高阶督军

2005年11月   公会被评为中国最有战斗力的公会之一,受蜗牛官方邀请,与KOK,FRY 9州等9所工会共同参加<黑暗与光明>欧服内测;

2005年10月 拿到限量的帐号进入RF内测，同年12月正式进驻苏斯绘架服务器，并由此一战成名，成为服务器唯一代表C族的公会！

2006年6月 进入霸王大陆AC内测三服务器；击败服务器人数最多的COC公会！

2006年8月22日  大航海内测，同年11月公会正式进驻公测电信一服务器；同年被公认为最有战斗力的海盗公会

2006年11月25日  公会一部分会员组织的主力战队进驻CABAL内测，同年12月份正式进驻公测电信一雷霆国度服务器，1个月后在官方组织的公会实力评选中被评为CABAL最强公会称号！

2007年1月   参加《SUN》内测；

2007年4月  进驻《SUN》公测服务器；

2007年4月 同月公会一部分人进驻《诸仙》内测；

2007年9月8日  《光明与黑暗》内测，公会实力派会员进驻体验；

2007年9月8日   《光明与黑暗》不删档压测，决战天下成为游戏中第一个同时建立两个公会的实力派公会，并在公会争夺赛中勇夺桂冠；

2007年10月28日 《光明与黑暗》辉煌公测，决战天下全力进驻，现已成为游戏中公会最多，人数最多，实力最强的公会。

2006年-2008年 公会先后三次被盛大邀请参加盛大每年全国十大公会高峰论坛会，并组织参加了三界ChinaJoy公会庞大的线下聚会活动

2008年7月 公会宣布进驻网易天下贰（浪淘沙）服务器

本来我觉得自己不应该多嘴。。。因为刚刚冷却的矛盾可能因为我一句多嘴又升级。但是我觉得，这个既然会上首页的东西，自己应该斟酌词句，这种东西发出去会引发思考滴。
